unwanted accident

I hitted a motor's bottom while i driving home today, moreover it was raining quite heavily that time. Fortunately there was nothing bad happened on that guy n i felt so sorry. i remembered that guy looking back at me with a fierce eyes, i can see it even he's wearing a helmet! Actually tis is not my first time to kena other ppl's car, i hav to accept the truth that my driving skill is terribly SUCK.
